Return & Exchange Policy

1. Purchases made on fleurtudung.com may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 7 days from the delivery completion date. Any report or claim exceeding this time frame will be considered invalid.

The product(s) must meet these conditions:

  • Full-priced items only. Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and remain in the exact condition as delivered. The label tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s); it must not be cut or broken.
  • Not applicable for inner wear and accessories.
  • Return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns and exchanges will be applicable in the event of:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Special circumstances, as determined by management.

2. A change of mind will not be considered valid grounds for a refund or exchange.

3. Fleurtudung is not liable for parcels lost in transit during returns.

4. Reward points redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

5. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.

6. This policy only applies to purchases made via our website. Fleurtudung is not responsible for third-party purchases or platforms (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, personal shoppers, distributors/resellers).

To initiate a return, submit your request to support@fleurtudung.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Products received as a free gift are not eligible for a cash refund, voucher, or exchange. If you received a free gift with your order, you will be required to return the free gift or make payment for it.

  1. What is the method of refund?
    All refunds will be issued through a multi-use digital cash voucher (no minimum spend required) with no expiry date.

  2. Can I exchange for a different item?
    Yes! If the new item is lower priced, the difference will be returned via cash voucher. For higher differences, we will advise on the additional payment to be made.
  3. When will I get my refund?
    Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and confirmed to fit within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 5 days upon receiving the return parcel, though it is generally quicker.
